It is not possible to make an appointment to visit the hammam. During opening hours, we are available by telephone for enquiries.
Appointments for additional treatments can be booked online at any time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to appointment requests made by e-mail or on the phone. This applies to bookings as well as to rescheduling or cancellations, which can only be made via the link sent in the confirmation email. Our receptionists cannot be reached by e-mail.
