A visit to the Hamam ...

... begins in the main entrance hall, which has an average, pleasantly warm temperature of 32 to 35 degrees.

Here the woman mix water in a basin carved out of granite, from which the water is then dished out of the basin with a relatively flat dish. This water is then repeatedly and gently poured over the body .

Once the body is well heated and the pores opened, the actual treatment begins. Massaging movements with a satin glove, in Arabic, ”Kese”, thoroughly cleanse the skin, which promotes suppleness.

In the centre of the room, on the “Gobek tasi” a large heated stone area, it is now time to relax, or the woman massage each other.

One then also has the option of enjoying a sauna or the infra-red cabin.

After the bathing ceremony, our skilled personnel offer a full-body-peeling (Kese), a soapy massage (Sabunlama), a relaxing massage with warmed oils, or a range of cosmetic treatments for your well being.

In a warm, peaceful and quiet area, “Ruheraum” the woman now relax. Or the salon offers a comfortable seating area where one can enjoy Turkish tea from the (Samowar), a large heated teapot. A variety of other refreshments are also available. For a breeze of fresh air, or to cool down, a visit to the enclosed and delightfully decorated courtyard also offers relaxation. In Summer also inviting for a sunbath.
For a visit to the Hamam you will need Towels, a Bathrobe,
