Any agreement deviating from these terms and conditions must be made in writing.
Prices: All prices published by us are inclusive of statutory VAT (product and price subject to change).
The bathing times are based on the rates charged. If the bathing time is exceeded, a corresponding amount must be paid in arrears. The end of the bathing time corresponds to the time of leaving the house.
During the hamam visit, the house and bathing rules must be observed.
Book appointments for treatments:
Appointments for the hamam visit without an application during the visit cannot be booked. When the capacity limit is reached, admission is stopped and only those visitors who have booked at least one application are admitted.
The price for the hamam visit is due at the beginning of each visit.
The price for the hamam visit is due at the beginning of the visit. Applications are only offered in conjunction with the hamam visit during which the application takes place.
The booking is only possible with advance payment. After receipt of payment, the booking is binding for both parties. Unpaid bookings regularly expire at short notice.
All visitors should please arrive at the hamam about 40 minutes before the start of their first treatment in order to prepare for the treatment. However, the opening time must be respected. Late arrivals may result in shorter treatment times to ensure the following treatments start as scheduled. If the treatment cannot be carried out due to the delay or no-show without cancellation, no refund of the purchase price is possible.
Rescheduling a booking appointment:
Any appointment booked online for a treatment can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the booked appointment via the confirmation email for up to 4 weeks after the originally booked appointment. Appointments booked for a weekday cannot be moved to a weekend or public holiday. If bookings are moved from a weekend to a weekday appointment, the price remains unchanged.
Bookings paid for at the reception desk can only be postponed or cancelled before the start of the last 72 hours, at the latest on the third day before the booking date, in person at reception or by telephone for up to 4 weeks after the originally booked date.
After the beginning of the period of 48 hours for online bookings or 72 hours for bookings at the cash desk before the booked date, a cancellation that is not made for an important reason is no longer possible.
After these deadlines, bookings can no longer be changed and our rules on cancellation for good cause apply.
Cancellation of a booking:
It is not possible to change a booking to another offer. The possibility of cancellation or alternatively cancellation or termination for good cause is only possible via the booking confirmation and always affects the entire booking. Any refund due will automatically be made via the payment method you chose when making your booking.
Cancellation conditions differ depending on the payment method chosen. Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the booked date. The right of cancellation regularly expires 48 hours before the booked appointment for online bookings and 72 hours before the booked appointment for cash payments. After that, only cancellation of the booking for good cause is possible.
The cancellation conditions differ depending on the payment method chosen:
When paying for a booking with a value voucher, Klarna or Paypal, the following applies: Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the appointment. After that, only cancellation for good cause is possible.
When paying online for a booking with a voucher with a listed product (service voucher), the following applies: A booked appointment for an application can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment, the voucher will be automatically reactivated. After this deadline, cancellation is no longer possible and the voucher expires.
Bookings paid for at the cash desk can only be postponed or cancelled free of charge before the start of the last 72 hours, at the latest on the third day before the booking date, in person at reception for up to 4 weeks after the originally booked date.
Within the last 48 hours in the case of online booking or the last 72 hours in the case of booking at the box office before the booked appointment, a cancellation that is not made for an important reason is no longer possible.
An appointment booked at short notice (within the 48 hours before the online booking or within the 72 hours before the appointment booked at the reception) is binding for all parties. Therefore, only cancellation for good cause is then possible.
As an alternative to cancellation or cancellation, any booking may be transferred to another person who can then take up the appointment already booked.
Cancellation of the booking for good cause:
If you are prevented from attending the booked appointment for an important reason, you are entitled to cancel the appointment without notice at any time before the scheduled date. This regulation also applies to bookings made within the last 48 hours (for online bookings) or 72 hours (for cash bookings) before the appointment.
An important reason exists if, taking into account all the circumstances of the individual case and weighing up our mutual interests, you cannot reasonably be expected to keep your appointment. An important reason can exist, for example, in the case of illness.
There is no cancellation fee for cancellations for good cause. However, we reserve the right to deduct those costs that we have already incurred as a result of booking the appointment from the refund of your remuneration already paid. Costs in this sense are in particular the fees for the users, which we are obliged to pay unless a booked appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment. Our costs amount to 60% of the amount paid by you. Therefore, if you do not cancel your booking until 48 hours before the booked appointment, or until 2 days before the booking date in the case of cash payments, we can only refund the remaining amount. You retain the right to prove that the fee costs incurred by us are lower.
The conditions for cancelling bookings for good cause differ depending on the payment method chosen:
When paying for a booking with a value voucher, Klarna or Paypal the following applies:
Upon receipt of your cancellation for good cause, we will refund the payment already made less any costs we have incurred up to the date of receipt of your cancellation. The refund will be made by the payment method you chose when making your booking.
Cancellation of a booking paid for with a voucher for applications for good cause: Cash payment or partial redemption of vouchers is not possible.
Once booked and paid for with a voucher containing specific treatments, an appointment can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the appointment without additional charge. After this deadline, cancellation is no longer possible and the voucher expires because partial redemptions are impossible.
Bookings that have been paid for at the cash desk can only be cancelled in person at the reception from the 2nd day before the booked appointment for good cause. Rescheduling or cancelling the booking free of charge is then no longer possible. The refund will be made in cash.
Instead of cancelling, you can give the booked appointment to another person who will attend the appointment in your place.
To be on the safe side, we reserve the right to cancel a booking if the booked application cannot take place due to force majeure, legal regulations, e.g. in the context of a pandemic, or illness or incapacity of the user for whom unfortunately no substitute could be found. The entire booking costs will then be refunded.
